Argentina

Argentina's national register is a DNA database of people charged with or convicted of crimes (Ley 26.879). It is confidential and only courts and prosecutors can use it, for a specific case. A conviction abroad is an impediment to entry and stay (Ley 25.871 art. 29(c)-(d)). Immigration may never admit a foreigner convicted of, or charged with, an intentional offence against sexual integrity (art. 29).
