Indonesia

Indonesia does not operate a public sex offender registry comparable to the United States. Immigration officers must refuse entry to a foreigner on the exclusion (penangkalan) list or in listed categories, and the Minister may place a foreigner on that list. Bali immigration has refused entry to foreigners with sex-offence histories, including a U.S. citizen in 2016.
