Italy
No public sex offender registry was found. A foreign national convicted of an offence against sexual freedom, even by a non-final judgment, is not admitted (D.Lgs. 286/1998 art. 4(3)).

Entry and admissibility
- Law A foreign national is not admitted if convicted, even by a judgment that is not final, of an offence listed in art. 380 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or of offences against sexual freedom (D.Lgs. 286/1998, art. 4(3)).
