No public sex offender registry was found. People offered work in schools or preschools must show an extract from the police criminal records and suspicion register. Sweden applies the Schengen Borders Code, which allows refusal of travellers considered a threat to public policy.

Entry and admissibility

Law As a Schengen state, it applies the Schengen Borders Code. A traveller may be refused entry if considered a threat to public policy or internal security (art. 6(1)(e)).
